Guilherme coordinates the team. He teaches Labour Law in the University of Lisbon and has experience in dealing with public law, social security, governance and corporate issues.
André Dias has advised Portuguese and international companies, investment funds, private equity houses and family offices on the underwriting, issuing and listing of securities. André was also involved in several litigation cases involving banking and capital market matters.
