João Vitorino is a Senior Partner of Macedo Vitorino. João is the head of the firm's M&A, telecoms and energy groups.

João has over 20 years experience. João advises Portuguese and multinational companies, private equity houses, investment funds and family offices in national and cross-border transactions. He has also represented clients in arbitration and litigation cases in the areas he specialises.
