Joćo Macedo Vitorino

Joćo Macedo Vitorino is a Founding Partner of MACEDO VITORINO where he heads the M&A, Telecoms and Energy Groups. 

Joćo has over 25 years of experience. Joćo advises Portuguese and multinational companies, private equity houses, investment funds and family offices in national and cross-border transactions. He has also represented clients in arbitration and litigation cases in the areas he specialises. 

He was Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon University from 1990 to 2000 where he lectured Civil Procedural Law and International Private Law. 

Joćo Macedo Vitorino is a Member of the Portuguese Bar Association (registration number 8866L) and admitted to the Supreme Court of Justice since 1990.
