Estela Guerra
Estela Guerra is a Senior Associate since 2020 and has been with MACEDO VITORINO since 2014. In the scope of her activity she provides daily consultancy and advice to the Human Resources departments of public and private companies in all its aspects, namely hiring, implementation of benefit programmes and compliance, salary restructuring, instruction of disciplinary procedures and collective dismissal.
Estela has extensive experience in negotiating collective labour agreements.
She also regularly participates in legal audits of companies in various sectors, subsequently implementing the corporate and labour restructuring processes arising from these audits.
Estela is a Member of the Portuguese Bar Association (registration number 53517L)
