Elodie Ramos

Elodie is a Senior Associate at MACEDO VITORINO since May 2022.

During her career, Elodie has provided legal advice in negotiation, drafting and execution of contracts and legal opinions in the areas of civil, labour, administrative, commercial/corporate and tax law.
She has assisted several private and public law legal entities, from their creation to negotiation, claim and credit recovery in injunction procedures, executive actions, insolvency proceedings, civil and commercial contracts, labour and administrative matters.

She has experience in monitoring tender procedures - in the area of public law.

She has vast experience in judicial litigation - civil, administrative, tax and criminal law - representing clients in various matters of civil law (law of obligations, property rights, family and inheritance), labour law, criminal law, administrative litigation and administrative offences.

She has wide experience in administrative procedure, namely in the scope of Residence Authorization for Investment Activity (Golden Visa).
