MISSION STATEMENT

Macedo Vitorino & Associados was established in 1996, focusing its activity on advising domestic and foreign clients in specific activity sectors, including banking, telecommunications, energy and infrastructures.

In 2009 we participated on some high profile financing transactions, including, assisting the consortium formed by Dragados, Iridium, Edifer, Conduril and Tecnovia in their bids for eight road projects under the National Road Programme.

We are mentioned in eleven of the eighteen practice areas reviewed by the legal international directory The European Legal 500, including among others Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Project Finance, Corporate, Tax, Telecoms and Litigation.
